Keep in mind that Baucus still has this fantasy that Grassley and Enzi can be persuaded to jump on the health-reform bandwagon and make this a bipartisan effort, when in fact they have made it clear that they have no interest in either health reform or bipartisanship. They're playing him for a sap.
