Follow their "logic" if you will: Obama violated the Constitution by illegally usurping the office of President even though he is ineligible, and wants to violate the Constitution again by making himself dictator.
In other words, this Congressman is waving a red flag in front of the wingnuts, hoping to inspire a revolution or perhaps a lone wolf, to do...God knows what.
